First ate here in 2002 and come back every time I'm in Bangkok. On TA it's #256 out of over 10,000 Bangkok restaurants, which is impressive enough, but it's #1 in my book. Huge menu and I've never been disappointed. I especially love their wide...More

Years ago I read about this place. Don't remember where but it stuck in my mind which is quite strange as I don't even live in this country. Hemlock is just around the corner from the backpackers streets around Kao San road but it has...More

Relaxed restaurant in a convenient location that consistently serves up great food with a twist on the standard menu. A little more expensive then surrounding competition, but well worth. We've been coming here for years and will be back.

All the food at this place was great. We got the vegetarian miang (pictured, would highly recommend!!), pad ce ew, and yellow curry. Menu was extensive with a good section for vegetarians. Atmosphere was lovely and restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend.

I visited here with my family member. I found lots of interesting menu that we cannot find it today. I ordered three ancient dishes like crispy rice cracker with dipping sauce, rice in lotus leave, La Tieng (stuffed egg with shrimp/crab/and peanut sauce. I loved...More

Four of us stopped by for a light early dinner snack. We had the egg rolls which were the best we've had in 3 weeks in SE Asia and the Shrimp Tartare which were lightly breaded and deep fried. Oh my gosh-----we're going back tonight...More

While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok,
it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn
the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and

this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off
their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most
spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to
Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around
