This place is really 5* experience. Not only the amazing food but also the service and quality ingredients put it on a must try destination while in Bangkok. My lamb was tender and full of flavors and naan bread simply asked for more. The restaurant owner really cares for the customers service quality and he will personally see that you... More

We were a group of 4 friends who wanted to dine out for celebrating one of our birthdays. When I suggested Masala Art, everybody was slightly skeptical, given the previous experiences with Indian food in Bangkok. But, having tried the food here (M.A.) once before, convincing them didn't take long. When we arrived, we were promptly seated at a nice,... More

Pleasing interiors. Smiling staff. Complimentary Tomato Shorba.Very good. The bhune hue jeere ki chaas(Cummin spiced buttermilk)was slightly sour. Tasty and authentic food. We ordered Butter chicken,Lasooni palak,Mutton masala all very good. And the softest Naans! Now that is an achievement! Most restaurants serve chewy Naans so this was so welcome. Been to 3 indian restaurants in Bangkok..Saras,Punjab Grill and this one.... More

Pros - beautiful presentation and yummy food, wait staff were polite and friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. Cons- pricey drinks and a complicated menu. Plastic bottles of water were brought to the table and opened throughout dinner and poured in everyone's glasses when we didn't order water. There were charges for each bottle and added several hundred baht to our bill.

We had an amazing meal. Butter chicken, rice biryani, lentil soup and samosas. All really good. Located on a nice street with other great restaurants. Great customer service.

My family and I were back to bangkok after four years, had to go back to eat at MAB because we had such wonderful memories of eating there from our previous visit in 2012. No regrets, these guys are still dishing out amazing stuff. Was great meeting CJ again.

Masala Art is on the 1st Floor of the shopping centre "8 Thong Lo" in the smart Thong Lo area of Bangkok. Nice and well decorated comfortable restaurant, really friendly and helpful service and very good Indian food. It might seem strange eating Indian food in Bangkok but after awhile you need a change from Thai food! The tandoori selection... More

Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either.
