of street stalls and food..in Cd. Juarez..so it is familiar to me..except the food can be sort fo different..sometimes the vendors act like they do not want to sell..they are on their phones..but there are bargains to be found here..

Travel to Patcharaburi Rd, Ratchatawi, by Metro or Taxi and you’ll find local Thai restaurants. Look out for the sign ‘Masjid Darul Aman’. Right next to this sign are ladies selling Thai food. Now you MUST try the fried cat fish, an experience you will not forget it. It is delicious! The other dishes are also authentic, just like home... More

Street food reflects the real local food for their local people. Try out a cooked food street stall along Silom main road (night market) next to a 7-11 shop. Order a bowl of Tomyam seafood, spicy Kangkong, fried rice and pork slices. No salad as not sure of the hygiene of cold dishes. Pretty decent taste n food portion were... More

Have always pass by on taxi seeing these food stalls outside of central world and wanted to try out. Its probably less fun if you do it as a pair of couple since the seating and surrounding is pretty noisey and crowded. This time we visited as a group of 5 friends. We ordered so much food! Seafood from the... More

Nice to watch them prepare the food in front of you but you have to watch what they put and point what you want. A big language problem

Be sure to try some of the foods that you find at these stalls. A personal favourite is the pork on a skewer. This is marinated and cooked over fresh coals and is really worth trying. You can find the street stalls all over Thailand and in every market, selling everything from Pad Thai to Pancakes. If you are game,... More

Street food is really the best in Bangkok, wonderful BBQ, fresh food, curries, even insects if you are brave enough. Tasty.

We had the best food food from the street vendors and especially at lumphini park. we got off at si lom metro station and started to walk back to central world and chit lom sky train station. We were the only westerners here but they treated us like locals and we cooked the meal on the table from the ingredients... More

Many people are leery of eating at street stalls and buy food items from vendors, but I chocked down my fears and was introduced to some of the best food in Thailand. I also have to say that many of the food courts in the mall are excellent, too. Price for a full meal can be around 45BHT, about $1.50.
