Disgusting. We waited 45 minutes and we were never served. We were sent to the top floor. We waited there for 45 minutes and were told that the bar was closed (the time was 18.00). There was no room upstairs, they didn’t offer us anything, they simply ignored us for 45 minutes to tell us that the bar was closed. We were not offered anything (there was a place downstairs). From the moment i entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff (Nuan , Pueng , and Nam ) they are so kind and made me feel right at home. We came here for my girlfriend birthday and tonights dinner experience was absolutely amazing. In the afternoon to Sunset time. The view was breath taking especially at sunset, the ambiance was beautiful and a massive shoutout to Namtarn our amazing staff for the Thailand smile greeting who went above and beyond to make we feel extra special for my gf birthday.
