I recently enjoyed my holiday in Pattaya, and one of the standout experiences was the beachfront bar. The atmosphere was vibrant, and it was the perfect spot to relax with a drink while soaking in the stunning ocean views.
I also discovered the Guss Damn Ice Cream Bar, and I can't recommend it enough! The ice cream is incredibly delicious, with a variety of flavors that are simply irresistible. It quickly became a daily treat for me!
A special mention goes to the attentive staff—Jiji, Nattapon, and Fa—who provided excellent service and made sure I had everything I needed. Their care and recommendations truly enhanced my experience.
If you're in Pattaya, make sure to visit the beachfront bar and indulge in the amazing ice cream. You won't regret it!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying two fantastic meals at The Collective. With its inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food, it’s no surprise that I returned for dinner after a great lunch just a couple of days earlier.
We kicked off the evening with happy hour drinks between 5-7 PM, where the extensive selection had something for everyone. For the main event, we indulged in the smoky delights of the Smokehouse—tender beef brisket, half a rack of succulent pork ribs, and a flavorful chicken quarter, served with creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly grilled vegetables.
To top it all off, we treated ourselves to a slice of rich, velvety burnt Basque cheesecake, along with a selection of ice creams. The strawberry and yuzu flavors were particularly refreshing. Everything was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and served promptly. It’s definitely worth saving room for dessert!
A big thank you to the wonderful team, including Fah, Tar, Bowvy, and Noey, who took great care of us throughout the evening. I highly recommend The Collective and will absolutely be back the next time I’m in Pattaya.

I had an amazing experience at The Collective! Jiji, Bowvy, and Ben provided exceptional service, making my visit even more enjoyable. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The menu offers a fantastic variety of both Western and popular Thai dishes, with something for everyone. It’s conveniently connected to the Holiday Inn, making it a perfect spot to stop by. The Collective on Beach Road near Holiday Inn was a great spot. The short ribs were super tender and packed with flavor, while the smash burger was juicy and well-seasoned. The place has a cool, laid-back vibe and a nice beachfront view. The two waiters, Ji Ji and Bowvy were very helpful and polite. they had Good food, great atmosphere—definitely worth checking out!

I visited The Collective and I had an amazing experience! The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a rich and flavorful sauce that was simply delicious. A mixologist was welcoming and attentive.

The Collective is my favorite spot with a great beach vibe that makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Their pizza is delicious, and I highly recommend trying their signature cocktails—especially the mojito, which is my personal favorite!

The service was amazing with Fa & Jiji. Jiji is like a professional when taking photos while watching the sunset. These 2 really look after our dinner.
Restaurant food so good can't fault it. I have the Penang Curry ( careful too spicy for me) but soo tasty. We also ordered meat platter and seafood pizza both are soo tasty, highly recommended.
Happy Hour, had blue hawaiin. Get it!!

Now, let’s talk about the food! The menu offered a delightful mix of Thai and international cuisine. I started with the Tom Yum soup, which was a perfect balance of spicy and sour, with fresh herbs that elevated the dish. For my main course, I opted for the grilled sea bass, and it was cooked to perfection—flaky, tender, and seasoned beautifully. The accompanying jasmine rice and stir-fried vegetables complemented the dish wonderfully.
I ended my meal with the mango sticky rice, and it was simply divine. The sweetness of the ripe mango paired with the rich coconut milk was the perfect way to round off an incredible dining experience.
Overall, Ocean Breeze exceeded my expectations with its outstanding food and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Pattaya—it's a must-visit for food lovers!

The best pizza I have had in Thailand and that says something! Real oven baked pizza, crunchy crust, base not too thick, and quality ingredients. Also a top notch service by Jiji, Tar, Bowvy, and Nattapon :). Recommend this place to anyone visiting Pattaya that wants to stay away from the thrashy places.

Drinks are amazing and the presentation was outstanding. Highly recommend the signature coffee drink. We also got the chicken satay was delicious, juicy and the peanut sauce was perfect. Love the ambiance. Our waitress Sroy was amazing and welcoming.

Come back here again because they has one of the most delicious pizza in town. I love pizza crust here, it is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Also the banoffee icecream is really good.
