This small neat and clean cafe is kitted out in almost English styled decor with a promo ent emphasis on live music. The food is vgood, from dessert to breakfast. One thing that bothered me although was getting charged for butter when ordered toasted bread which gave it a money making feel rather than a hospitable feel! All round it's... More

Curtis and his staff were fantastic. We had my daughters 10th birthday dinner at V-Cafe, she is now a big Curtis King fan. Great mix of food choices for families, great service, genuinely freindly staff, fun and entertaining. We enjoyed it so much we returned the next night, with other travellers in tow, they agreed it was a great night... More

The man behind this operation is a musician called Curtis King, who, apart from being a fine musician, is also a really nice person, and this comes through in the service and the entertainment at the V Cafe. I am not a great lover of live music while I am eating, but the atmosphere and friendliness here was irresistible. The... More

A very relaxed place with solid food and very chilled live music. Nice place to meet other people, both locals and other travelers. A very uniquely Western experience for Vietnam, highly recommended.

The V Cafe was a highlight for us: wonderful restaurant, great ambience, delicious food and the best live music! The chef himself (from the U.S.) plays several instruments and is a lovely person and his staff is friendly and lovely too...also the two other musicians were just great!! Had a perfect evening there and can highly recommend this place! Anna... More

Good atmosphere good English spoken, surprised to meet a Dutch girl working there (with a good voice). Usual overpriced beer and food and despite the owners attempts at stemming the rumours, the food it nothing to write home about. Go to Moc Quan across the road and get your beer for half the price and better cheaper food too. However,... More

Poor. We went based on trip advisor. Food was over priced, went for Mexican and a pizza as there were very limited Vietnamese dishes on the menu. Mexican portion was pathetic with a tiny amount of minced beef. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza ( as another reviewer mention). Would not recommend or visit again. I am on a round... More

Thanks for the review - sorry you didn't enjoy it. Clarifications: PIZZA - made fresh every day - not frozen. MEXICAN - it's the best Mexican in Dalat. (It's not 100% perfect as some ingredients of authentic Mexican are impossible to get in Vietnam, but it's still great food.) Enjoy your trip around the world, must be great! :-) More

A very lovely place with well english speaking staff. I choose the pizza, asked if i could have pinapple in stead of mushrooms and this was not a problem at all. Finished my meal with a piece of coconut cake and a real coffee latte... delicious! Great live music too. Over all a great environment and a recommondation for everyone... More

Great little cosy place with attentive staff and value for money food. Went on a busy evening. Had to wait around 10 mins for a table which fine-served a drink very quickly at the bar and atmosphere was good. Promptly served when sat at a table. Menu was varied and interesting. All the food we had was great. Recommend the... More

Visited V cafe for dinner as two couples. We were given a nice area to sit and our waitress was really friendly and helpful. The live music added to the pleasant atmosphere. We were all happy with our food - fish and chips, quesadillas, and pizza. Had a very enjoyable evening.
