Had two different fish entrees, and they were good. No English on menus. Service was ok, smokers at next table ruined meal. Yes, more suited for locals.

As a solo diner I found this restaurant a little over whelming as tables are set up for 8 to 12 people. The restaurant mainly caters to large family groups for celebrations and is typically Vietnamese. The western dishes I tried were a little disappointing but the small size portion was more than enough.

Very expensive and not worth the money at all. The food is nothing special and the staff is not very kind. There was a mistake with my vegetarian fried rice order and they just fried up the dish they brought out to me. It was not good at all. Barely any vegetarian options. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp and vegetable... More

We had the rice with chicken, some noodles and some prawns. There were 3 tables with locals, as I understood. All of them seemed to be very satisfied. We're an European couple - it didn't work at all. Chicken was quite tough and bloody - which is hard to take for us. My wife loves prawns but couldn't eat this... More

If I wanted bland Chinese I would have eaten it at a food court back home. Considering the price of the food (120 000vnd) for a main I was not impressed. Elsewhere that would have bought a really nice meal but not here. We went there on the recommendation of our hotel and were thoroughly disappointed. 2 others from our... More

I visited this restaurant about 15 years ago when I was a little kid. That was the first time I had tapinlu (hotpot with beef/seafood and vegetables). 15 years later, it still tastes good. I can imagine the restaurant has gone through many renovations but the food is always tasty and consistent! My whole family really enjoyed our last visit

The atmosphere was nice and quaint, but that was where the good part ended. The staff couldn't speak a word of English, but that wasn't a big problem, for me food is king when going out and of the 7-8 main courses we ordered only one which was good. Small prawns were not pealed, pork was all fat & skin,... More

We were looking for a standard Vietnamese meal and this was it, fairly good menu and food was nice and tasty, nothing exceptional though. Prices seemed a bit higher than others we saw later, mains were over 120000. Still good by Western prices though! Banana after the meal was nice! We had Hoang Lan fried rice, stir fried beef, and... We tried the fried rice with beef and a crispy noodle with chicken dish. We came in during the noon lunch rush, so the whole place was packed with buisnessmen and women drinking Heinekin like it would be banned tomorrow - quite a lot of fun to watch them toast and get sloshed, actually! Our food was good but not... More
