It is a very centrally located and has indoor aircon and outdoor seating. A large selection of ice creams and sundaes. I chose the coffee ice cream. It was nice but rather overpriced i think. Regards Omar

English with picture menu makes it easy for non-Vietnamese like me can order what we want. The waiter and waitress can speak English as well.
it is located near Hoa Lo Prison. this is a old colonial house now converted into a cafe. this place is on high end. prices are a bit steep. nice ambiance and staff are well trained. they have outdoor sitting.
Visited this establishment in October, we were the only four in the restaurant! Took an hour to receive food and then after received drinks, also did not have half of the sand which options on the menu, won't be visiting again

Came here for dessert- it was awesome. Be warned that the offered desserts (aside from scoops of ice cream) are very decadent, so don't come on a full stomach! Fun menu with lots of options to fit everyone.
Like almost every tourist in Hanoi with children, I looked for ''best ice cream in Hanoi'' and Fanny came at the top. The ice-cream menu is quite impressive (we took pictures of it!), but the prices are so expensive that it is not the place...More
Hello We went to this place on Sunday evening. We thought the place was closed because no lights outside. There was few Viet families with kids and we ordered sherbets. There are as usual excellent. For French readers the sherbets are same tasty as Bertillon...More
