If my local contact had not recommended The Cart, I doubt I would have either found it or visited it. Tucked away on a little street behind the Cathedral, The Cart serves a fantastic falafel sandwich (as well as many other things on their menu),...More

Well worth going to, particularly if you are staying in Westlake at the Intercontinental or the Sheraton, as it is right around the corner. (The Hoan Kiem location has been closed down.) The food is great, slightly pricey as you'd expect for something targeted at...More

I ordered a latte today which was too hot, watery and had foamy froth. The banana choc muffin was skightly dry and flavorless. I'm sure I just didn't get the best of The Cart and should give their nice-looking pies or sandwiches a try instead.

My husband and I just had lunch here. Came on recommendations from other reviews and we were not disappointed. Ingredients (bacon, lettuce and tomato) were very fresh and tasty. Fruit juice was freshly made. Will come back again when we need a change from Vietnamese...More

We just had two sandwiches (my girlfriend had the falafel, I the pork/apple). Good juices too (bananan/pear and banana)! My french bread was still warm, a definite pro. Good/friendly service as well. If you're up for a good sandwich, you'll find it here.

While the venue is somewhat small the friendly staff offer a large selection of delicious food, including vegetarian, at a reasonable price. I particularly enjoyed the felafel wrap and found myself returning several times to try something new.

Very honest and solid establishment. Like the food, like the service. Improvements: - more options, more taste, more personality, and more HEALTHY options. Overall, a lovely place to frequent for a coffee, a sandwich and some WI-FI. Recommended.
