The food, service and restaurant were the best we experienced in Hanoi. A bit more on the pricey side for Vietnam but worth it. Plus the views from the roof bar were amazing

We had only an hour and a half to eat lunch before going to the airport. Our amazing guest care person from the other Siesta Hotel (the one on Ma May street: there are 4 hotel La Siesta within a few blocks of each other)...took us personally there so we could enjoy the view with great food. We were not disappointed. The food presentation and quality was as a good as a five star hotel restaurant for a fraction of the cost. Our waitress, I believe her name was Hoi (sorry if we got your name wrong) was warm, professional, super efficient. Without us asking they organized for our luggage to be sent from the other Siesta hotel to this one so we could go directly to the airport. It was seamless. This restaurant is quiet retreat from the noise of Hanoi city, located on the ninth floor of La Siesta hotel. It has great views. The decor is black but unlike the rest of the hotel, large windows mean it is light and airy. The food...and service are excellent. Not cheap but definitely worth a visit.More

On the ninth floor of Lasiesta Boutique Hotel, in a colonial style ambience overlooking the town of Hanoi, we enjoyed the Vietnam gourmet 4 courses menu accompanied from a delicious Chenin Blanc 2017 from South Africa. The restaurant has a very good range of food which is fairly priced. The staff are helpful and courteous and the views of Hanoi are extensive. Overall a very pleasant experience

We enjoyed our experience food was good service was fantastic. We would certainly recommend Cloud Nine restaurant.

Had an excellent meal here and service was first class, good selection of fine wines. The price was above average but you expect to pay for good quality.
