This was the 2nd time I've been to Jackson's for their lunch set menu. Not sure why I didn't review it the 1st time because the place is amazing! 3 course menu for 375,000 and add a 2nd for just 95,000. I had the cajun chicken caesar salad, the NZ Sirloin, and the apple turnover. Everything was delicious and so... More

Food and service were both excellent. English speaking staff with good recommendations and the quality of our entire meal was faultless. Bruschetta starter was excellent (one of the best I have had) Sirloin was perfectly cooked and the desserts were also excellent. A little bit pricey but left knowing that my money had been well spent and would return again.

What a cool tiny steakhouse. One feels good here. The space is well organised but Tony and that makes the experience better. Steak are high quality and prices more reasonable than the high end competition in Hanoi on the steakhouse segment.

Really good beef, cooked very well. Very expense for Hanoi though but then the beef is all imported...

My wife and I went there twice during a visit to Hanoi (Dec 2 2016). The steak was delicious! Especially the American tenderloin... which I thought was a little better than the NZ steak. Great cocktails and the Crepe Suzette (made at table-side) was amazing!! The service, was wonderful. Our waiter/manager was so kind and welcomed us with a big... More

Wow! Seven of us ate the NZ steak and were all drooling! Cooked to individual perfection, this place is a must for a steak meal on any trip to Hanoi. It beats many Australian restaurants for quality and cooking. The presentation was equally good and the red wine we drank with it made for a near perfect meal. The waiter... More

This steak restaurant is a gem in the middle of Hanoi. Its an easy walk if you are staying at the Metropole. Service was very attentive and friendly. We were warmly greeted upon entering and leaving. The food was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. Ask for a window seat upstairs. You will enjoy this restaurant.
