The food her is absolutely killer! Friendly staff, good music, and the place is situated at the far-end of Bui Vien so it's a bit more quiet and relaxing.

Miss Thanh is wonderful and Miss Thuan the chef is very talented, I love them. Dede is also here, I love him too. At least 20 years I've been a patron, Man and boy, my home from home. In nostalgia terms it's the Saigon equivalent of Wong's in Bangkok or No. 5 Emerald Hill in Singapore, but with better food... More

This is my second season traveling in Vietnam. After my first visit last year I came back. I die for a good glass of French wine. The pasta dishes are superb. Sometimes I will have a big salad or a bowl of minestrone. Although I prefer the vegetables whole and not puréed. But I won't be picky as I sit... More

Especially about the terrace in the middle of the backpakers area whom is really noisy, you can enjoy a lot of different alcohols really hard to find in the other bars of this street and a good and affordable food, french or vietnamese, all long the day and till late in the night (5am I believe, and even later for... This can be a good last stop for your night out, with their juicy steak or pasta. Long Phi opened til 4AM (that's what my friend said) with a nice outdoor seating that you can chill and have a good meal after a tired hectic night in Bui Vien.

We stayed in the hotel and just loved this bar. The chef is Italian, the manager has a Ramsay training and such chirpy staff. Amongst the best food and hospitality in Vietnam.

For a change if you are tired of Pho, this is the restaurant to go to. French owned. It does have Vietnamese dishes but it was thecFrench menu that I ate from. First night I had spaghetti carbonera. Outstanding. Paste cooked al dente. Bueno. Next night a delicious puréed vegetable soup and a salad. Fresh sweet lettuce, egg, potato, tomato.i... More

Long Phi used to be a couple of blocks away near Pham Ngu Lao street. Back before I was married and used to have late nights this place was a standard stop for me, as it had some of the best western food available late at night. These days I don't go out late anymore, but still make it over... More
