Jalapeno Restaurant is located in the heart of Hue city. This is a great place for you to enjoy delicious Hue specialties, Vietnamese and Western food. Besides that, we have the best Mexican food in town! You will be conquered by the exquisite and delightful dishes. Cooked by experienced chefs who are full of enthusiasm and a thoughtful, attentive service of the staff.
Popped in while walking past, menu is extensive but was craving a Banh Mi. Was just a baguette with heaps of lettuce and a few bits of chicken and masses of grated cheese. No sauce or flavour at all. All of the street food I...More
Husband and I were looking for something near our hotel and this place popped up on trip advisor. Decided to give it a chance due to the positive reviews. I have to say it was delicious. We had the Vietnamese-fusion dishes, specifically their bahn mi...More
Lovely evening meal. Just arrived in HUE and this restaurant set the standard. Mexican food is beautiful and so is the Vietnamese. Wonderful service. We haven’t met many Vietnamese people but Pha was so friendly and kind. We loved meeting here and as a waitress...More
After 7 days Vietnam the best choice we have made.
Very good cook for a very nice price.
And a lovely service of the whole staff.
What do you want more ? So we went back the day after and same nice experience.
Was pretty skeptical about eating at a Mexican restaurant in Vietnam but we tried it anyway. Glad we did. The beer was cold, the margaritas were buy one get one free, the food was great and the service was comparable to every where else.
So, my wife and I stopped in jalapeños because it started to rain. A quick drink turned into singing karaoke with the staff of the restaurant. They were so much fun, so nice, and made our afternoon absolutely incredible. And, they have really good enchiladas....More

Hi, while i can't help you with the website issue i can tell you broadly about the menu. the Mexican options available are essentially the same as a Mexican restaurant here in Australia. the range is good. like many restaurants in Vietnam, regardless of what cuisine it specialises in the menu also offers a wide range of other cuisine options... Vietnamese, Western and often Italian. My colleague requires gluten-free and had eaten at this restaurant without any problems. Travelling to Hue on business I've eaten here many times and will do so again. i hope this helps. M

Hello again dear customer,
Thanks again for your email. We totally agree with everything that you have written. Our restaurant at 38 Pham Ngu Lao has had three names in the last three years. Before it was Why Not? Restaurant it was a local restaurant and now it's Jalapeño and it it is half the size of the two previous restaurants on that site.
Also if you have time would you mind giving us some information about yourself as well. We did not find any other information about you on Tripadvior, so that we can know more about you and we hope to have a chance to welcome back you again in future.
Thank you once again and best regard,
