After a memorable visit to Pacharan in HCMC, I was determined to visit the restaurant in Phnom Penh. Heard a rumour that it is now operating at the Quay Hotel, up north from the original location but was not able to verify.

This must be one of the nicest locations by the riverfront so definitely worth a visit, especially for drinks as the food is not that great and a little pricey for what it is.

The restaurant is in great old building and nice inside but service and food disapointing. A lot of the tapas foods are pre-prepared and microwaved, service poor. Better places to eat further up riverside.

I have been going to pacharan several times before, and over the years i got a bit disapointed. I came back a few days ago having some friends from Italy, and i heard (and definetly saw) that dishes were changing, carefully presented and tasting good....More

Pacharan, nice inside, but a dump outside. Nobody likes to walk past a pile of junk to go into a restaurant, at least nobody i know does. Clean it up and then you might have more than two people in your place during your lunch...More
