Good dishes, good staff, quality services. I like their local beef with their pepper sauce! The tartar beef is tasty as well!

Visited the place after recommendation of the manager of my hotel. I took the proposed weekly dishes : the starter ( riz de veau) and the meat (bavette) were excellent and cooked at perfection. The wine served by glass is also very tasty. The service...More

The only redeeming feature was the staff and the wine. The food was over priced for supper gristly stake and reheated muscles. Supper diserpointed. The decor is looking aged. I will not be returning.

As a Phnom Penh long-term resident, my usual diet is predominantly Khmer cuisine. And when I deviate from it, I make sure that Open Wine Restaurant is high on my list. My last visit was a few days ago, in October 2016, and it provided...More

I noticed this restaurant on my morning walk and suggested it looked interesting. We were having a late lunch and couldn't think of anywhere closer so decided to try it, expecting to be turned away due to the lateness of our arrival. Service was discrete...More

Great place, good food, good wine choice. Business lunch is busy, you better book a seat in advance! Taste of the food is real French feel. Service quick and efficient. You cannot go wrong there!

Exquisite setting with nice outdoor garden with fine French Cuisine, The lunch menu is full of a wide selection of dishes. Had the goats cheese and sea bass. Wonderful, and pretty good for USD 16!. One of the better lunch deals in town.

To the Chef: why do you present to your customers such a zero as a French Onion Soup. The cheese gratin was nice, but the soup itself one watery thing, out of the freezer (for sure!), the onions no color (not sautéed in butter), no seasoning in the broth, just plain water. It's the worst onion soup I had in my life and I am not a newcomer to it. I am from Alsace-Lorraine and was virtually fed up with onion soup—the real one. Your restaurant staff is mute, they are not exuberant in any way. I can see they are afraid. Are your bosses shouting at them? (Which is the usual attitude of the French here, I know it, I am living since 15 years in this country). I have met both of your owners several times before you opened the restaurant. I never thought you would perform so poorly. The Sauvignon Blanc was nice, but overpriced at 6$ a glass—and it was just 1/3 of a glass. No. I won't come again.

You must have landed on a bad day. Maybe the chef was absent. The chef is from Belgium and I have eaten at this venue several times and was never disappointed. But I must admit I never tried the onion soup. I will give it a... More
