This restaurant no longer exists. We walked up and down the street looking for it, but it is gone and is now a tattoo shop.

Great food at a reasonable cost. Just off the street and up the stairs. They have accommodation also but didn't stay there so can't comment on that aspect.

We came to this bar street and saw the terrace up there. The entrance is not so easy to find. But you just need to go around the corner. Cheap, good cocktails and very very friendly owners! The atmosphere is amazing! Thank you so much :) I hope we can come back soon!

Stopped a couple of times during our stay in Phnom Penh, decent view from the roof terrace to escape the busy streets, both the Khmer food & Western food was great, all reasonably priced, with a Khmer Curry costing only a couple of dollars! The beer is cheap aswell at only $0.75 and the Passion Fruit Mojito was fantastic at... More

We'd been to a few places to eat around Phnom Penh but after we discovered The Laughing Fatman we didn't eat anywhere else! They have a wide selection of Cambodian and western food at reasonable prices - a sandwich is around $3, Khmer curries for $3.50, larger pizzas for $5 and you can also get a massive full English breakfast... Its ok. Service is good and attentive, place is cosy and inviting but the food is a lttle average but ok prices. Could be better if the Chef got it right.

We came here because of the Tripadvisor reviews. We ordered a pizza margherita (5,50 dollar), tofu curry (3 dollar), a chicken schnitzel sandwich (3,95), two beer (0,75 dollar each), two gin and tonic (2 dollar each) and 3 mojito (2 dollar each). We sat on the nice terrace, protected from the heavy rain. The super friendly boss came over with... More

We read about this place online and found the side street entrance with signs pointing to the rooftop bar fourth level. Once we go to the top we found it deserted so we went to the next floor down which was also empty. One more floor down (first floor up) and there was the restaurant. We were welcomed warmly and... The owner of this establishment helped us get taxi's to other areas in Cambodia, he was extremely helpful, and friendly. The food was good enough to come back for, and the drinks were very reasonably priced.

Thank Carlton K
