Their Pineapple Fried Rice as i remembered is superb! I almost ate it all. Also try thier smoothies. I ordered fresh fruits before i begin my meal. Nice view of the restaurant fronting the river. Not too crowded too, will really enjoy your meal here even in a hot summer day. Cheap food but delicious! Budget friendly. Fast service too,... More

After a long tiring morning of visiting the killing fields and then the national museum our tuk tuk driver brought us to this restaurant. We chose to sit at the rooftop overlooking the river. The view was great and with no one other than us, we enjoyed a nice afternoon private lunch. I ordered Khmer set menu which was quite... More

I've been here as I was starving and the ambience of the place seemed to be good. The food was quite average for the price but the service sucks. Unfriendly waiters arguing with guests about money. Wow. I had a 10 dollar note which was a little folded. These guys took the note, kept it but didn't want to accept... More

We were recommended this place by a local who used to work here and said it was a 'must visit'. We were glad that we checked it out. Make sure you get a table upstairs as there's a great view of the river and all the hustle and bustle of the main street. We ordered a couple of drinks, the... More

On my previous trip to Phnom Penh, I walked past Sinh Foo so many times but never even noticed that it was there & that I had totally missed out on a great meal & experience. Not until a friend of mine brought me there. The walls are covered with tons and tons of messages from the tourists that had... More

We went there on our first day in Phnom Penh and unfortunately, we weren't overly impressed with the place. Yes, food and drink are cheap, but I didn't think it was worth eating there. The menu is overloaded with all sorts of international cuisine, for example German, American, Italian, 'Asian favorites', Khmer, etc. which is just too much to choose... More

After a long and depressing morning viewing the Khmer Rouge Genocide Museum, we had lunch at the Sinh Foo Restaurant. The beer was cheap and we had a set meal includine Amok fish curry and as well as the Cambodian Specialty Kampot Crab. The food was brought to our table quickly and it was delicious. We would definitely return for... More

If you ever visit this place, please ensure you ask for a table on the 4th Floor ( roof garden ). Unfortunately there is no lift, but the climb is well worth it. Great views across the river and the promenade below. Food is excellent as is the service. Even thoughts is slap bang in the middle of the tourist... More

I have been here many times as I have had an extended stay in Phnom Penh. This has become our 'local' so to speak due to the very cheap beer and great view over the riverfront. Food is good too - big servings, cheap and tasty. One problem can be is your outside and there constant hassle of the street... More

Before leaving Thailand to visit Phnom Penh I was told more than once by Thais and expats to beware of the local food in Cambodia. This was the first place I ate at locally and found the Amok Chicken to be deliscious and filling. The service was quick and very friendly. This place is right across form the river and... More
