I stopped by here for a coffe but ended up ordering a panini as well which was really good. Nice to see a decent dressed salad in Asia.

Another wonderful cafe that has soy milk! Coffees are lovely, as is the ginger fizz. Menu is small but of the highest quality. Decor is funky and fun. Lovely cafe, definitely check out the upstairs too.

Wonderful atmosphere and great dirty chai tea latte. Ordered one with soy milk and they accidentally used fresh milk and gave me a new cup with cookies which they didn't need to do at all! I could sit there all day and work.

Bulgogi panini is a Korean grilled beef sandwich with a Lao "French" baguette. It's a must try. Nice, cozy decoration. Comfortable couch. Polite Korean owner. Coffee is not great, but the mugs make it taste much better.

This is the only cafe in Vientiane that I'd ever want to return to. Luckily, since it's at the closest intersection to the Thai embassy / consulate I'll have the opportunity to do just that the next time I'm forced on a border run. Cafe Nomad is the perfect place to have a respite from the hurry up and wait... More

Close to the Thai embassy. Nice place to wait for your visa. Staff friendly and don't rush you. There are also 2 computers and printer if you need to print any more documents for 1000kip per page. Coffee is good and sandwiches tasty. Free water refills. Wifi is strong.

Had a delicious panini which came with an equally delicious side salad and spent a couple of hours with a coffee and my book. Great place to relax and plan on trying the breakfast tomorow!

I found it when applying for a new Thai visa and I'm really pleased I did - it's a great place, better than most near the riverfront! The location means it's not really on the 'main tourist drag' and it feels more relaxed for that. It's professional, clean and the food and drinks are well made and good value.

Wow it was amazing! This place is super nice and cool. Great atmosphere, lovely design, air-con, reasonable prices, good coffee, 2 computers for free use. What more can you ask? :) I would definitely come back if I ever visit Vientiane again.

With not much else to say really - with all the choice in Vientiane I am unlikely to be back. Good food selection available, and meal was OK. Coffee was average.
