Having been to Ban Moon many times, it's about time I acknowledged Barry and Moon for their fantastic food and service. A great place to have a delicious home-cooked meal, cold beer or wine. Barry's a character, and happy to have a yarn except when he's flat out getting meals prepared. It really is just like going around to your... More

Barry is a great host and has real pride in his food. What the place lacks in atmosphere or view is easily made up with the quality of service and food. He gets his meats from Thailand and will tell you what he will put on your table. Good selection of beers.

Have accidentally passed by this small cozy stall and decided to give it a try though. My friends and I have ordered a pork chop and a pie, the quality and taste of the food is excellent. Friendly service by Barry, though it is the first time i visited this place, he would keep coming to you and asked how... More

A nice tucked away location for a restaurant. Service is excellent and prices are reasonable with quality high. My choices are the schnitzels, steak burger or call ahead and oreder the "Beer Can" Chicken.

Friendly service, like a country town pub. The schnitzels and pies are the big seller, as well as friendly service. Steaks and chips, a good place to come for a good hearty feed, at a good price too. Don't expect lightening fast service if there are a few people there, just soak in the experience while you wait, or walk... More

I been going to Ban Moon for years. Barry is a great person to have a chat to and is very proud of what he cooks and services. Barry and his wife cooks all the means by themselves so the quality never changes. Heaps of cold beer to choose from and at good prices too! There isn't many places that... More

Dropped past Barry's with local mate and was completely shocked and excited by the size of the schnitzel. Although this is not fine dining experience this place is great! The hospitality shown by Barry and Moon is second to none - great food, cold beer and service with a smile. Its a shame I didn't have time or enough room... More
