Although there are many variations on the "plov" dish, Uzbelistans natiinal dish, I have never had a really tasteful "plov" (for my western european taste). Only recommended if you value authenticity over taste.

The plov is great!!! One of the best you can find in Tashkent and also very cheap. But You should be ready that it is not very clean there and always crowded.
