The view is awsome ; you can see most of the landmarks of al fatih island... The food is not too professional but its worthy to try it.... The prices are reasonable...

I was at this restaurant for dinner. We were taken to the rooftop and it started very well. Even the starter was ok. So we ordered main course. I ordered yoghurt kofte, and she ordered chicken pistacchio kebab and it was incredibly terrible. My meat was burned and the joghurt is the lowest quality ever. She could not even eat... More

Food is cooked in the ground floor restaurant and sometimes not as hot as it should be. Staff friendly but beware of the free cocktail voucher...it is only valid on Fruit cocktails without Alcohol !

Average food at best. Local restaurants in the area had better quality of food. Service was below par in all honesty. Only went to this based on a friend recommending it. Greatly disappointed as it was not a high class restaurant as I had expected especially for the cost :(

I have never been to the rooftop, because the restaurant at street level is wonderful. I love to sit by the window and look out on this street. A busy European street. I have ordered many things and they are always been great. I call it a fusion of Turkish food meet French cuisine. I love the Profiterole. It is... More

This restaurant seems to be more for the local crowd, as it is as good a restaurant as I ate in, in Istanbul. It had wonderful local dishes - I had feta cheese and spinach in filo dough and the meatball plate. With drink, it came to $12 US! The view was stunning - try to get a table overlooking... More

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
