Just happened to walk by this place that gives cooking lessons and offers amazing fixed dinner menus in the eve. There were two fixed meals to choose from and she was flexible on swapping, although both meal choices looked fantastic. Dinner was 4 courses -...More

I had such an amazing time with Rocco and Leyla during the cooking Alaturka class and I would highly recommend it. Beyond the fact that you get to learn how to make beautiful turkish dishes (some fairly easy than you can prepare at home with...More

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Sadly for Rocco two other people failed to show up and did not cancel (rude and inconsiderate) but he took it in his stride and gave me his full attention despite the lesson now being of poor financial value to...More

One of the people at my hotel suggested this restaurant as offering an unusual take on local cuisine. It was superb. They have a fixed menu of several courses, and the ingredients and flavors are amazing. They use the highest quality ingredients, and combine them...More

We first learned how to cook several dishes, then we ate them together. The place is about a 30-minute walk from the spice market in the heart of Sultanahmet. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to cook Turkish dishes.

We each had a different set menu and both were incredible. We came in May and had the place to ourselves. The chefs were great, really friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and even if I was trying to order local cuisine wouldn't have...More

We were introduced to this place by a receptionist at our nearby hotel whose husband is involved in running the place. She was anxious to point out that the emphasis was on the food rather than the atmosphere or the view. That suited us and...More

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere
stroll of each other – and all set around the site of
