The location is great, near by the Machne Yehuda market which is THE spot at the momemt. Food is AMAZING!!! Prices are not cheap but after all it's a chef restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is so unique. Very recommended

Great market to pick up excellent quality fruit, vegetables, bread, cakes and lots lots more. Its lively, busy, full of sights and sounds. Go hungry to make the most of the experience. There are little coffee bars and cafes to sit and people watch.

This is the local market in Jerusalem whose color and sound and sight and smells are a place that shouldn't be missed. You could pick up fresh vegetables, fresh pita and bread, delicious spices, teas, fresh chicken, fish, ethnic delicacies and even tchotchkes in forms of gifts. There a store called Marzipan. A fabulous bakery that sells the best rugelach... More

I have eaten here many many times and was back with friends last week - and finally worked out what is so irritating and led me to re-review the place. Food is good blah blah as many have said [by the way, not for vegetarians] but it is the attitude of the place, its supreme arrogance and disregard for its... More

What a delicious meal and a great party! We went on Monday night of Purim. It was busy when we walked in. The hostess offered us tea as we waited. Within 15 minutes we were seated. Get the Fatoush salad! We ordered a second one because it was so tasty. My family enjoyed all their main dishes. And get the... More

Wow! What a place! - At Machneyuda, we had our best oriental dining experience that we ever had (and we had been from Marrakech to Muscat). But it is not just the food that is outstanding - dining at this unique restaurant is a multi-sensual experience that involves your tastebuds, your nose, your eyes, your ears and your feelings. To... 1. Great dishes - interesting, unique and you can feel someone has given thought about it. 2. The vibe is vibrant, loud, dark, party music and the waiters are dancing on the tables. 3. Prices are very high - though the food is great. 4. Would surely recommend for those who are into a great food experience mixed with loud... More
