If you enjoy exorbitant prices, portions designed for hobbits, a techno-infused cacophony of conversation drownage, and bizarre charade of strained "fun", this is definitely the place for you. The food was good - at least what was left of it. Our waiter was quick to point out that there was only one remaining salad. By this, I don't mean on... More

Amazing food prepared by a well known local chef, very cool atmosphere and concept - food is placed on the bar and burnt at the end of the evening. Nice and friendly staff, fun and different experience overall.

Was there couple of times. This place is not only for food...its give you mood! Always fresh, always almost new menu. Really nice service with shot of vodka on the middle of dinner! Tasty deserts and bar dance in the night... Place must to visit in tel aviv for everyone! Not cheap. Works only 2 days in week.

My partner had been here previously and he insisted we come. I was blown away at the incredible feast, both visual and edible! We sat at the bar and all I could do was stare opened jawed at all the ingredients that were laying out in front of us. Every type of vegetable, fruit, fish and meat imaginable. Our chefs... More

The restaurant is an excellent experience in Tel Aviv for those who have seen it all in the Israeli restaurant scene and now look for the 'extra'. We sat at the bar and thus watched how our dishes were prepared with great detail, in long processes, and with the attention to finest details. This is 70% of the fun. You... More

This is Israeli star chef Eyal Shanis masterpiece restaurant. Open only a few nights a week, make sure to make a reservation. Everything on the menu is made fresh daily and offers a lot of variety. We sat at the bar and watched all the theatrics of the meal preparation. It is hard to describe in words the experience and... More

If you are going to splurge on one meal choose The Salon. The service is impeccable, the food extraordinary, and the ambiance perfect. Incredible vegetables, fish, and meat all are presented in creative and luxurious manner. This is definitely one of the finest meals I ever ate out doing the famous chefs of France!

Seasonal ingredients are the star of Eval Shani's The Salon. Situated in a warehouse Shani, has created a lively entertaining environment open only two nights a week. Every dish is flavorful and thoughtfully created with integrity. On the night my daughter and I ate at The Salon, we sat at the counter for a firsthand view of Shani and his... More

We came to celebrate a friend birthday. The music was extremely loud so we couldn't speak to each other. The food was simple like others Eyal Shani restaurants but priced 3 times more. They don't serve beers neither cocktails only overpriced wines.
