If you're in Israel chances are close to 100% that you will encounter shakshuka in various levels of quality. If you see it on the buffet at your hotel the eggs will be overcooked but there is a decent chance that the sauce will be...More

When we sat down they brought us the "tourist menu" instead of the a la carte menu that would have doubled the cost of eating. They kept pushing we use the expensive menu. When the waiter finally agreed to order what we wanted we ordered...More

Despite their famous name, this restaurant is just a waste of time and money. The shakshuka looked like leftover slop, the place was dirty, the schnitzel was like plastic, the salad looked and tasted as though it was the last thing in the world the...More

Doctor Shakshuka is a kosher restaurant serving North-African home-style cuisine, which has many fans. Most of the cooking is done in the family kitchen by the mother of the family. The restaurant caters to private events in a unique and authentic atmosphere. Doctor Shakshuka offers the best Turkish shawarma made of thin slices of lamb with minced lamb meat in between, skewered on one huge spit, in he's new shawarma place(same location).
