Belonging to the R2M group - owners of hotel Montifiore, Brasserie M&R, Coffee Bar etc. If you're familiar with any of the above - the motto of "high quality reasonably priced" applies here as well. A busy deli downstairs with a caffe/restaurant upstairs situated in a broad balcony and some indoor seating. Highly recommended for the Feinschmecker's who are visiting... More

It was a good bistro/cafe, but now they changed to self service rather than waiting staff on the ground level outside. It is a lot of grief now to wait in the queue. When we travel we like to sit outside in the sun, its a pity they've changed to this as its a great spot and the food is... More

The ambiance is similar to breakfast at a hotel -- white linens and white dishes. The menu boasts a fairly wide variety of dishes for brunch, and the prices aren't outrageous. And when you're done, you can go to the deli downstairs and buy some treats to take home. I had the spinach pie (pastilla), which came with yogurt and... More

We did a late morning brunch, the place is very busy. The food is great quality, fresh juice, good coffee, nice breads and good variety of food to order. One of the better places for breakfast. Worth making a reservation.

Finding a bowl of oats for breakfast in Israel is like finding a needle in a haystack. But do not fear because I have found it for you at Delicatessen. However if you love your eggs don't fret those are on the menu too. Beautiful deli downstairs with sit down restaurant upstairs. Just careful navigating the stairs with all the... More

This place was close to our hotel so we walked to 'Delicatessen' on a weekend-day. If we would have known how popular this place is, we would have made a reservation. But because we hadn't we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes until we got a small table on the terrace. We selected the traditional 'Red Shakshouka' and a... More

We visited today (Saturday) this lovely place. The restaurant was full but there were enough waiters and the service was just excellent. We choose the "special breakfast" which was rich and tasty. Recommended !

It's a great little street setting in an unassuming street with quite a lot of building works in progress nearby, but don't let that put you off because the action here is quite the buzz of hip affluent presentation and consumption... We went for breakfast and it's good - fresh orange juice, good coffee, good eggs, outstanding bagels, nice bread... More
