Best Falafel I ever had! As other reviews state, very light taste and not the typical deep fried. Very nice there, will cut in half so you can share. Highly recommend!

We can highly recommend johnnys falafel. I ordered a classic one and my girlfriend a gluten free one. Both were very delicious.

We went there twice during our holidays. The falafel is fresh, tasty, spicy and just a piece of heaven for 18 shekel in a Pita. Johnny is a friendly guy with a great sense of humour! Thx

Just a few doors down from the amazing Sabich is another great sandwich place, though sandwich doesn’t cut it as a descriptor because it’s way beyond a sandwich. These falafels are crispy, light and perfectly spiced with no trace of being deep fried. Add to...that the right amount of fresh vegetables, pickles and sauce, put it in a fresh pita, and garnish with a lightly battered potato slice and eat the whole glorious creation on a busy street. What more could you ask for? There’s also a sink to wash your hands which is great.More

Really solid food! Very friendly right around corner from market! Falafel was better than those in market!

Johnny is so hospitable! The falafel is amazing and very very fresh. He even gave us extra fries (like small potato fritters). The photos of 1950s Tel Aviv on the walls are also cool to see.

Gluten free falafel pitas are 100% safe for celiac travelers at Johnny's Falafel. They use a dedicated frier and a different person makes all the gluten free orders. Not only the gluten free are awesome, the regular ones are definitely on the top 5 of...Tel AvivMore
