Before I arrived at the restaurant for dinner, I had the impression of it being chic and upscale. It is definitely expensive like ALL restaurants in Israel, but not chic or upscale. It is quite casual and down to earth. In fact I need not have made a reservation. The menu is very creative. The yam pancakes were interesting though... More

This is an excellent TLV restaurant, and so it was surprising than the waiter started by telling us all of the menu items, including specials, that were not available. We ordered a bottle of wine, which was also unavailable. Hopefully this was a unique problem, but I always worry about restaurants that are low on their product.

A simple but elegant ambiance, matching nicely the simple yet sophisticated cuisine. A short menu bringing forward the orientation of the chef to a mediterranean, middle eastern direction and a consistent wine list. Friendly staff, lively atmosphere, everything you need for a lovely dinner in Tel Aviv.

The restaurant is a very romantic setting, cosy and calm. The food was a tad expensive however it was well worth it. The cucumber salad was a tasty, healthy option, with interesting, yet classic flavours. The tomato meatball pasta was a little bit simple, not amazing but cooked well. The meal enjoyed most was the quinoa balls, cous cous, chutney... More

Unusual kitchen. Recommended for those who seek for, fish, vegetarian an even vegan courses (but you can find also few meet dishes) in reasonable price. A real Tel Avivan experiment.

Very nice place for a quiet dinner. We sat a bit inside. It was cold that day but they had those heating things and one of those was right behind me, so it was nice and warm there. I had noticed this dish called Shakshuk almost everywhere in Tel Aviv so wanted to try it. The one I got here... More

We enjoyed a lunch at this very popular restaurant. The wine and food were both delicious, the atmosphere was lively and friendly and the prices were reasonable. The fish with tomato and capers was outstanding.

We spent at orna & ella New Year's Eve and we loved it. Food is fresh, local, simple and tasteful. Staff is super nice. A Tel Aviv classic, no wonder it has been open (and full) for 25 years!
