this is a busy restaurant in downtown Tel Aviv, the food and service is great. You should book in advance during busy season (at least a day or two ahead). It is an expensive restaurant, as almost all places in Tel Aviv.

It was pretty evening in cafe Noire. We ordered fillet fish denis, kebab tale(lamb) mojito & lemonana(lemon & mint). And sorbe for dessert. We have our dishes very quickly. All was tasty. Recommend for couples.

We have literally just left Cafe Noir. As fairly regular customers (our third trip toTel Aviv this year) we like to visit Cafe Noir. As well as visiting over the last few years on every trip and recommending the venue to other travellers. The hostess...More

Late night dinner in this upmarket bistro. Excellent service with the addition of the waiters having a very good knowledge about the wines they serve and how to serve them (which is not very common in Tel Aviv). Starters were excellent, my artichoke & buffalo...More

This was the first place we ate in tel aviv and it was great. Not only was the food delicious, the staff nice, and the drinks were strong but the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Best restaurant that we ate at in the city.

don't think so. Place doesn't look to me as the most appropriate restaurant for this kind of event but it is worth contacting them. Cafe Noir is really a nice place

Description
Café Noir is a long-established bistro in the heart of Tel Aviv's city, strategically placed between the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Rothschild Boulevard. It's considered aninstitution by Tel Avivians, and our regular customers are business and media people, artists and in fact anyone who appreciates a terrific atmosphere and good food.Cafe Noir extends over two levels, offering a choiceof intimate sitting areas and spacious seating that's equally suitable for businessmeetings or family celebration. The décor comprises dark wood furniture in classicstyle, a spacious and inviting bar, with oil paintings on the walls and art objects arranged on surrounding shelves. Soft lighting effects create the perfect dining atmosphere. On fine days we have outside seating so guests can watch the bustling life on the streets of Tel - Aviv.Café Noir is busy throughout the day and until the small hours – some enjoying a hearty breakfast, others dropping in for a business meeting, and later evening drinks at thebar. We offer a rich menu – such as our lunchtime starter of liver pate with pear confit, sirloin Carpaccio, and chilli shrimps. For main courses, it's a tough decision choosing between our renowned Café Noir schnitzels - chicken breast, pork, or milk-fed veal - and the meat dishes, lamb kebabs, hamburgers, entrecote. Fish, salads and seafood are always reliable options.
