Most courteous staff ever, delicious food and HUGE portions. I had a mushroom cream soup, fish fillet and a fresh apple&carrot juice, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. For desert I was going to order Mohalabiya but they gave it to us all on the house. Can't wait to go back!

Very strategic view on the bay. But the food is not up to par with the view. Pizza is actually a Lebanese cheese pizza that you could buy for $2. We ordered couple things and most were not up to standards of Lebanese cuisine. GO for the view but watch what you order. ps: My friend said that fool and... More

Kebabs were not as good as I expected because probably they use cinnamon. All the other snacks were quite satisfactory. Try hooka and best time to visit for By Rock is evenings. You can watch Pigeon Rocks and the moon from above.

This was a great place to dine with a lovely view over the famous bay rock. The food is very good with large portions. The main dishes are ready to be shared by two, and Shisha is great. We sat at the outdoor terrace as we were lucky with a lovely weather. The indoor has a program that starts late.... More

It may seem cliché to watch the sunset over the Pigeon Rocks, but totally worth it. And you'll get a front row seat at Bay Rock Cafe. Photographers may have some challenge shooting between the glass half-walls and the sun screens, but you'll find a way. You can see the hole in the "donut" rock from here, which you can't... More

Go have your coffee with the best view in an open terrace. Pefect for during the day breaks. You do not need friends, you can go alone and enjoy your peace of mind...

Raouche is my favourite view in Beirut. Bay rock cafe is a two floor cafe/ restaurant overlooking Raouche. I went half an hour before sunset and the view just took my breath away, I was literally in awe for the hour I stayed there. The food was alright, but the service could have been better. We ordered Lebanese mezze which... More
