A mix of international cuisines with incredible dishes such as Foie Gras, steak tartare, Aisian prawns, scrumptious Salads and to die for deserts.

Nestled at the heart of Gemmayzé, Coquelicot – Bistro Français, invites you for a French culinary journey. Inspired by the famous Parisian brasseries and bistros, Coquelicot meets the codes and quality of these institutions: exquisite flavors, flawless service and a warm atmosphere. The owner of the restaurant has drawn his inspiration into recipes from the contrasted French culinary tradition, offering precisely the tastes and flavors of this world-renowned cuisine.Travel from the North to the South of France and rediscover some of the dishes that made these regions’ fame: Escargots de Bourgogne, Foie Gras Poêlé aux Pommes, … Start-off with our Salade de Crabe or Carpaccio de Poisson Blanc… Share a family dish like the famous Coq au Vin or Canard à l’Orange… Discover the house specialties: the Steak Tartare Coupé au Couteau et à la Minute and the three-weeks-old Dry-Aged Meat (Entrecôte and Côte de Bœuf). The French Cuisine, dressed in its finest attire, is waiting for you at Coquelicot.Push the doors of Coquelicot as if you were opening the gates of a cellar near Bordeaux, and experience the charm of its refined and modern decoration.Come for an extended lunch, and enjoy our mouthwatering homemade desserts: crème brulée, pain perdu, mousse praliné, crêpe au chocolat… they will fill the gourmets with delight and will satisfy those who like to end a good meal on a sweet note.At night, the restaurant transforms into a cocoon to welcome couples, families and close friends. Ambience changes, the subdued lights and the wine warm up the guests for a convivial evening that some have already described as delicious.
