Traditional syrian ice cream shop mainly made of milk, it good place for gathering. Value is acceptable service is fair. But nice to try.

Bakdash sell tasty icecreams and pastries but they aren't fantastic. Not like in Italia by far! So don't expect too much from this place.

they make the traditional ice cream also the restaurant located in old city and in the hard of the main market road the also offer some other sweat option if you don't like the ice cream.

this place is teh regular stop for all visitor to teh old city local or tourists this one of the old ice cream shops and teh best one . you can enjoy the making process while waiting for your order before continuing your old city...More

If you are at Bakdash, you have to try its Arabic ice cream, it is pretty much unique and very tasty, ask for small corne.

Set in the famous Hamidiyya souk, Bakdash still beats its homemade ice cream the traditional way. They love to see foreigners (especially in the present climate) and will even to ask you to come and help make the ice cream. Very popular place

Still, up till now, Bakdash is using the traditional style of making Ice. I LOVE watching them do that. You can hear the rhythm of making Ice. It is again a MUST for me to go there whever I visit Damascus
