I would give this place negative 100 stars if it were possible. Absolutely the rudest, meanest "service" I have ever experienced at any restaurant in any part of the world. This restaurant had it's front door open, but it was cordoned off. This should have been the sign not to go in, in the first place. The people working there... More

We went for just a short day trip and this is right across from the bus station and does have a nice view. Sadly, that is the good news. My hamburger, a patty with no bun but a fired egg on top, was so tough I needed a knife to cut it. To add to what others have said I... More

I hadn't read any reviews of this place until now, but it seems like a lot of other people have had very bad experiences here. Our experience was actually pretty good. The prices were a little high, but it's right next to the beach and has a great view, and it's easy to get to on foot. We had some... More

We were in Punta del Este in March, so many things were not open along Playa Brava. One day we walked up to this little restaurant for lunch and it was good. We both ordered Chivito sandwiches and they were good. Prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful.

I am a seaman traveling all around the world having experienced multiple restaurants in my life for more than 30 years and I have to say that this was by far the worst restaurant I ever experienced ! we visited the place on January 8th along with 2 more colleagues. We ordered a pizza - according to the owner the... More

Horrible. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience of my life. Waited more than half an hour for the appetizer- so we decided to cancel it and told the waitress that we were kind of in a hurry and wanted the main course as soon as possible. Since it was New Year's Eve they had special menu choices of either salmon, steak,... More

Food was mediocre considering the price. The bill came with an additional 22% IVA wehich was included in the price at all other restaurants I ate in in Punta del Este

We stopped here while on a cruise in South America and while we were visiting the famous "hand" sculpture, we had lunch at this restaurant. The waitress did not speak much English but she was very nice. We enjoyed our meal but I wouldn't say it was fantastic - but definitely good. The service was super! My suggestion to the... More

We went to this restaurant on our first evening in Punta del Este. The waitress was very friendly and the food was okay, but the prices were extremely steep and we had to pay additionally for fries, rice or other sides. When the bill came the restaurant had added 22% 'VAT' on the already high price. Paying in dollars did... More

This restaurant directly opposite the famous hand in the sand and close to the bus station is well worth a visit. We went there for lunch and had Lomitos and beer. Very tasty, filling and cheap. 496UYU or £17.00. It was very pleasant with helpful and smiling staff. The place was fairly quiet but it looks as if there would... More
