We went there to buy " Almibar de Cafe" and because it is their own product it was the only place in Bogota where you could buy one. Of course, their coffee was excellent but if you haven't tried drink called 'Miel burbujante" I would...strongly suggest you do that! It is some kind of coffee syrup "cold brew" and you add shot of that into a very cold Schweppes Tonic water, it so refreshing!! Absolutely awesome!More
Nice decor, great ambience, delicious coffee with options to eat something sweet. Loved to stop by after eating lunch or dinner. Staff was very nice. Cappuccino was amazing.
The place is very cozy, staff is so friendly and the coffee is one of the best I've ever tried ☕. They also have almond's milk which was great as I don't drink cow's milk. I'll definitely be back.
The title says it all: this is the best coffee in Colombia. There's real expertise behind the bar and the offer of different preparation methods. I refuse to try the pastry, because I will not disturb my senses with the sugary stuff. If you have...the time, ask for the Bautizo Cafetero or Coffee Baptism; it's a lesson in learning how to appreciate good coffee. Since my visit to Cafe San Alberto I've been living by this rule: if you can return food in restaurant because it's not good, why not return the coffee when it's not up to your expectations.More
The music is incredibly loud, closer to a bar than a coffee, so forget this as a place to work and talk with friends. Tried asking for a little fix here and they say it's not possible. They seem to be coffee snobs with lots...of preparation but no whole milk: good like trying a "perfect" cappuccino that isn't overtly sweet and modified excessively by their milk options. Finally, the cups are all plastic and no service to the table even though a simple snack here will run for about 7 USD which is a lot for Colombia. I ordered an expensive quiche and it was cold. They sell it as a super high end and charge you accordingly without they attention to detail you'd expect for the price.More
The service is perfect - really know coffee. Several different types of preparation. Great selection of products for coffee preparation The taste of the coffee is the best I have had in Bogota
This place serves one of the bests coffees in Colombia, and that's something to say. This hidden little spot sells the most awarded coffees in the world. If you're going to Usaquen, this is a must. Try the Miel Burbujeante if you're into trying new...stuff.More
Loved our experience at this cafe. Beautifully decorated interior with a lot of natural light, comfortable seating and good wifi. The staff is very passionate about the coffee and spent time to go over their preparation methods and provide information on the coffee and their...coffee plantation. The coffee was aromatic with a smooth and flavourful taste. Highly recommended!More
This place serves one of the best coffees in Colombia, that is not a simple thing to say. They have various methods of preparation for filtered coffee as well as traditional espresso based beverages and pretty good tea. It is also in a great location....I highly recommend visiting this place.More
If you like to have the best coffee in the world, not only because i think so, but also because it has the highest coffee awards in the world.
You can get a quick cup of coffee all over Bogota. But if you want a one-of-kind coffee experience, this is it. Juan and staff prepared the same bean via three different methods, so we could taste the difference. He made us feel like we...were the only customers in the cafe, taking time to explain each process. All in all, the entire experience made for a wonderful highlight to our trip. And the coffee? We bought several bags to take home!More
Stopped by here as it was walking distance from our hotel and it had good reviews. It’s a beautiful spot and the coffee is very good too. I had a latte - likely the best one I have had in the week I have spent...in Bogotá. And my two colleagues shared a siphon coffee which they also said was very good. The staff also took the time to explain the siphon process and the reason for each step. There are pastries for purchase ?but somewhat limited selection) and also coffee brewing items (Hario). I’ll defiantly return when I need a good coffee (which is likely tomorrow).More
I loved the coffee and entire experience. One of the smoothest coffee I had for a long time. There is no after test.
