I really do not understand why it is always empty! It is by far the best Indian in Kin! The guys are really nice and always ready to help you out in case you need some food suggestions!

Went with 2 colleagues after a recommendation and were not disappointed. It is mostly outside seating with a varied menu so if you don't like Indian food you can have Chinese or pizza. We had the Indian menu and could hear and see it being made behind us in the open kitchen. 3 curries, 2 rice and a platter of... More

After 1.5 month in Kinshasa I started to really crave Indian food and through work colleagues heard about this place. We visited a Sunday evening and although we were late and the restaurant was quiet, this didn't bother the atmosphere. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with some poppadoms and onion bhaji, followed by various chicken curry dishes, two... More

This place has delicious Indian food. It's more expensive than the New Ashiana, but dishes like palak paneer and butter chicken are amazing. Last night we had pani puri, sev puri, vegetarian samosa for appetizers, then chicken handi, mutton handi, palak paneer and something "dal" (beans), all were amazing. It's true the service is slow, and I thought our server... More

A nice place to go for a meal Typical expat/rich Congolese place with no real surprises either way. Typically expensive, typical slow service, typical nice Congolese staff, typical food. Would recommend, not the worst or best.

Had dinner for work. The service was attentive; very much so including inquiring whether we were happy about the food etc. That is above Kinshasa's dismal standards.. The other draw is that the food is vary reasonably prices; again to Kinshasa standards where a coffee may cost you 6 USD. The food (we had a seasoned India traveller with us)... More

I found this restaurant to be average and overpriced . We sat in the open air in sub standard plastic pool chairs. The food was average to taste. The restaurant serves to be better as a fast food restaurant .

Description
The restaurant is across from the more well known and expensive restaurant 'Le Delice'. It has interior parking and a wonderful safe and secure garden to eat in. The food is mainly Indian with a nice blend of Chinese and Western thrown in. I usually have the chicken tikka kebab, lamb samosas and a bottle of Skol. The samosas are delicious! This meal costs less then $20.00. There is a nice blend of waiters and waitresses who all are above par. The manager, Altaf, is very friendly and helps create a nice atmosphere.
