I guess this place is famous among tourists. I saw a lot of Japanese. The taste was alright not out of of this world. Quite expensive but again it is located in Myeongdong.

Enjoyed the food here. Ordered abalone congee and mushroom beef congee. Yes, the weather is freezing outside. The place was understaffed because of the Lunar New Year holidays. Having a hot bowl of congee is very, very comforting. The food was delicious. Each variety of...More

Not the best porridge I’ve ever had and not the best soup we had while in Korea. Note, they close between 4-5pm for cleaning. We ordered the beef/mushroom and chicken soup. Both were average and I felt like we wasted precious belly space that could...More

I am not a congee eater (I even skipped Congee in Taiwan and HK), BUT Migabon's juk is really something special. I ate here twice, the mushroom-abalone combination and then the abalone only. Both are really good. It is really worth the queue.

We tried their red bean and pumpkin porridge on our first visit. It is simply delicious and nicely done. Not too salty or plain. Remember to try out their ginseng chicken soup too.

It took little while to locate the restaurant - but we were happy to have found it. We had the Beef porridge and the chicken soup - equally delicious. Try and get a window seat to watch the street action below.

Arguably Seoul’s most famous neighbourhood and
undoubtedly one of its most popular, Myeongdong takes
shopping and eating to new heights, with hundreds of
shops, restaurants, and cafes all stacked on top of
one another. The rise in popularity of Korean
cosmetics, fashion, and more has made this area a
must-see for visitors who come and marvel at
Myeongdong’s often frenetic pace and energy. Lotte and
