The best meal I had in Korea and one of the best anywhere. Great flavours, imaginatively combined (soy paste ice cream!). Truly stunning food, atmosphere and service. Whole-heartedly recommend.

First and foremost, food was beautiful in presentation. Flavors were not orgasmic, but more subtle in general. Service was great; they were able to navigate our gluten/dairy issues with no problems. Ambience was a bit more rustic in style. It was nice but did not...More

The food at Mingles is really creative. Chef Mingoo Kang really bring out Korean ingredients with a wonderful twist. The creative take on Korean ingredients mingling with French technique makes it a wonderful experience to dine at Mingles.

We loved our lunch at Mingles. The food was delicious - visually gorgeous, interesting flavor combinations, fun - all in a beautifully designed room. Service was friendly and helpful (we do not speak any Korean). Our favorite high end meal in Seoul.

We had dinner at Mingles in September and these are our impressions. It may be easier to book a table if you ask your hotel concierge for help. We emailed our request to Mingles about 2 months before our visit to Seoul, twice, and did...More
