Wasn't going to eat here but the HH menu tempted me. Not just good value but excellent food taste and quality. I had the pulled pork sliders and garlic and chili chunky chips. Delicious. Recommend giving it a try.

I heard about this place before coming so had high expectations that were indeed met! we went in and asked for a table for 8 and it was very busy (we went at peak hour and didnt think to book) our waitor michael put tables together for us and looked after us the whole time and the service we got... Have tried this place for brunch, lunch and dinner. Service is hit and miss, and the last time a kitchen staff was smoking in the doorway/alley at the back and the smoke was drifting into the restaurant. The front end of the restaurant opens onto a road where cars often honk. It's not the quietest of locations. However the food... More

Went with a girlfriend and while the staff are very friendly and the set lunch is excellent value (HKD 327 for two of us), the quality of the food seems to have gone down a bit? I've been here about 6 times and each time I remember that this is 'not bad' but not amazing. For the price I guess... More

Service was pretty good. Food was nice. They have some good drinks deals too. There weren't many customers though, which is a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you're looking for. The toilet was pretty dirty.

I've now visited the Wagyu Lounge twice - on Old Bailey just off Hollywood. The first time was a birthday lunch and the second lunch with colleagues. It's a relatively busy lunch place and if you're going for a work/business lunch it's quite a good location. The service is efficient, if not particularly impressive or friendly, so if you have... Awesome restaurant, with extensive menu. We are regular customers and thoroughly enjoy every meal we have here. Personal favourites include the spare ribs, lamb rump or the Mediterranean salad. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a bustling trade and this is only due to its popularity. 2 for 1 on all main courses every Monday, Tuesday and... More

We were moved from the Wyndham St restaurant to the lounge to avoid a long wait for the large group to be seated. Our initial concerns were entirely unfounded, the lounge is a smaller, quieter and more intimate venue. All of us were impressed by the levels of service and the quality of the food served. As a group we... More

Its worth a visit because the food is good and you get a 2-4-1 on most food during the week. That makes it reasonably in high priced Hong Kong island.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
