Hutong is a quality restaurant that must have one of the best vistas of Hong Kong island. The ambiance was excellent as was the service. The food was good but not great. Also a little expensive, but that was expected. Recommend if new to HK...More

We visited this restaurant as one of the "must do's" when in Hong Kong. We arrived and had a front row table on the 28th floor and the view from early evening to sunset and the city under lights was truly excellent. Our allocated waitress...More

The perfect restaurant to gather with friends and enjoy dinner with a view! The food was delicious, fresh , and very well prepared. Yes, it is a tiny bit tourist driven, but who cares!

Picked Hutong for a wedding anniversary dinner. Book early and get a table by the window. The views of the harbour are outstanding. The food didn't disappoint either. Service was highly attentive and engAged. Really expensive but totally worth it!

We have just enjoyed a marvellous dinner at Hutong. A little touristy but lots of fun! Superb, fiery northern Chinese food in a highly atmospheric restaurant perched on Level 28 of No. 1 Peking Road. The service was excellent and the view absolutely mesmerising

The obstacles free harbour view is amazing. Food are good but some are too spicy for me. Service is good and the decorations are really memorable.

Eating at Hutong is an experience in itself. Our group had booked a table for which we had to remove our footwear. The restaurant serves excellent Chinese cuisine. One of the experiences at Hutong is the view of the Hong Kong Light Show from its...More

The adage of not going to restaurants with great views for the food was true here. The views are amazing over the harbour. We were seated immediately on a friday night having booked by open table a few hours before. The service was very fast...More

Description
Reminiscent of an ancient family courtyard in one of Peking's fast disappearing hutongs (courtyard houses set between narrow lanes), Hutong's interiors are set against the most breathtaking skyline of any international metropolis. This is not the only surprise. The sense of adventure and sheer avant-garde creativity continues in the innovating cuisine inspired by the culinary styles of Peking and Shandong province.
