Gourmet Shanghai cuisine at a fast food set up, fresh noodles made on premise, it is amazing to find this kind of quality food at an airport.

Tasted the xiao long bao, which is one of their signature dish. Oh my, that was really bad. The structure of meat was chewy, the dough was too thin. Dont go here for this dish and the pan-fried one. That was more bad, can not judge their other dishes. Service was slow. Not recommend this place.

Overrated. Come here often for lunch and the food can be very inconsistent, It's either a hit or a miss. But if your in the mood for noodles or Shanghai style food upon arrival into HK or staying in one of the hotels nearby. It worth giving a try. Would suggest trying one of the noodles soups with a cold... More

Crystal jade is renowned for their noodles and xiaolongbao. They have done renovations to the area and menu prices have been adjusted too. Hot tea which used to be free ? is now charged at $8 per person and they will inform u of such fee. Water is $6. The dry sesame oil onion noodles and ja jiang noodles were... More

Ordered chicken and mushroom noodles- nothing like the photo! Three little bits of chicken, a couple of tiny slices of mushroom and filled up the bowl with 2 minute noodles. At least the stock was hot. Big let down from the amazing street food the past few days.

This restaurant really serving authentic oriental food, dim sum and Hong Kong signature drinks like ying yong. We tried the Shanghai dumplings, deep fried carrot puff, shrimp with egg fried rice, fried seafood noodles and spicy soup beef noodles. All the foods are excellent and authentic. Service was good and the server was friendly. A great pit stop for food... More

After a long haul flight with all the weariness from the journey coupled with excitement to visit your destinations comes hunger pangs. Battling these, I entered the courtyard consisting of Crystal Jade at the Hong Kong International Airport. The place was filled with people – travelers, visitors, groups and families tucking in hearty breakfasts of noodles, salads and soups. Even... More

Great Shanghainese food. Xiao long baos are good. Also beef with scallions, sweet and sour chicken, various different versions of Dan Dan mien. This is authentic food which is cheap, high quality and served relatively quickly. Recommended as the best place to eat at the airport.

I will give 3.5 stars. For the food taste, presentation and quality, i will give 3 star but extra 0.5 star is for the airport branch. Didn't expect can get airport food with this stable quality, coz usually airport one will serve lower quality than usual. Ordered Xiao Long bao- fresh steamed of course, with juicy meat, but 1 broken........ More
