We stop by Ali Oli for fresh breads, pasties and breakfast from time to time. This place has been around for a while now and easily remains the best bakery in Sai Kung. During a recent breakfast we enjoyed a sausage bag (sandwich), Lamb moussaka and peach danish - all of which was very good. Coffee served is good as... More

Dreadful service. Repeatedly. I like to support local businesses but I am finally at the end if my tether. This establishment has few highlights other than. It is one of the least expensive establishments in the square. My most recent experience was yestoday when I was the ONLY customer. My order was taken and paid for and then FORGOTTEN. After... More

Situated in the square , there are now quite a few cafes and restaurants to choose from depending on the time of day. This cafe / bakery has always been open when we have wanted a coffee / tea and a pastry. Order inside then collect when ready.

Pretty busy with a nice selection of bread and pastries available. The food looked ok and a good array of ice creams were available which is why we popped in. The coconut ice cream was excellent but at $125 for 3 ice creams it should be!

My partner and I were looking for a place with Gluten free options. Because they are attached to a bakery, we were able to purchase gluten free bread and use this for the breakfast. They were very accommodating. The food was okay, not great, but enjoyable. There is cabinet food and menu food - plus baked goods, so a great... More

The good reviews a place like this can gather says a lot on the disastrous average of Saikung restaurants! Arrogant and inexperienced staff always looking troubled and busy without ever faking a little smile for ripped off costumers! Prices resemble those of prime location bakeries in very expensive shopping malls of TST or Central. A scoop of old icecream cost... More

Why I ordered huevos rancheros here I do not know, there just wasn't much choice. And this dish can be very tasty when prepared by someone who knows what huevos rancheros actually ARE and should taste like, unlike whoever is working in the kitchen at Ali Oli. Canned brown beans, such as Heinz, which are served everywhere in town with... More
