Just the bread alone is superb with the pastry chef producing some great breads and breadsticks. A large and extensive wine collection which could form an education in the wines of the world with an outstanding collection of italians wines. We tried a 2007 Quintarelli...More

Went for a business lunch with two colleagues. The food portions are tiny for the price (I know it has 3 Michelin stars but I don't usually leave hungry in fine dining restaurants). The food was good but not outstanding. Tourist trap? Maybe.

Too many good dishes to dine in that night and overall experience is of high quality. Attentive services and great knowledge of the staffs if you have question on the meal and wine. There is a handmade dessert at the end and made in front...More

The service was so "unusual" that it virtually took all the attention away from the food they served. I was looking at the wine list when a man suddenly appeared from behind. He startled me by asking if I recognized him, as he used to...More

The only reservation we were able to make was for a Saturday night in the bar area. There are two tables of four only. The ambiance was lovely and we even got to have a photo with the owner and award winning Chef Umberto Bombana....More

A lovely dining experience. I have never been tantalised by truffle like that, it was all so gloriously delicious! The cocktails were so amazing, fresh, vibrant. The pasta and truffle...well...really can't say you could get better. The selection of wine...fantastic! A quiet ambience but that's...More

Chef Bombana's culinary creations confirm why his restaurant is so successful. But not only his own creations, chef Bombana is able to turn a typical pasta dish into something spectacular and magical.

We dined for lunch and decided on the set four course menu. Having read many reviews we had high expectations, particularly given the fact we have dined at most of the Michelin restaurants in Hong Kong. The food itself was as the subject line suggests......More

When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies
with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The
area widely known as Central is the major financial
hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up
to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open
late into the night and there just happens to be a
street party every weekend. Although everything seems
to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of

A reservation is recommended, since the place is not very large. That should avoid a queue.
