My wife and I held a cocktail reception at The Peak Lookout Restaurant’s Terrace earlier in April. The venue was very nice and we were lucky to be enjoying the best weather of April so the garden terrace was absolutely amazing for such kind of...More

Go here. Quite simply this is what should be the norm. Not a mass marketed franchise, avoid the humdrum pre fabricated foods of the zombie masses, go here and enjoy fine food & drink in an ambience you won't find in Burger King. Such a...More

The Peak Lookout offers a great selection of dishes consistently well cooked. The service is good, never had problems. While it certainly isn't cheap, no restaurant is cheap on the Peak and I feel this place gives the best value. Reservation would be recommended.

Thank you guys and especially Ronald for great experience in your restaurant. Weather was terrible so we unfortunately had no chance to enjoy the view, but food and service was awesome. Thanks for warm welcoming in Hong Kong.

Best advice is to go early we did an early morning walk through Hong Kong Park to the peak entrance -when we arrived it looked as though it was prepared for crowds however no line up was existing.... we had a ticket and were onboard...More

Reviews seem to be split between overpriced and underwhelming or really impressed. We fell into the first camp. The venue is pleasant enough, and the view from the outdoor seating area towards Aberdeen, but not the city, is nice - but perhaps local specialties are...More

Be prepared for mosquitoes if going in the evening because although we dined indoors the windows and doors to the terrace are opened. Service was inconsistent from the various servers we had which spoiled a highly anticipated dinner gathering.

We had gone there for a family get together and were very pleasantly surprised by the food. The restaurant serves multi cuisines and it serves 1 or 2 Indian items as well. Their Naan was really good and so were Seafood Platter, Classic Ceasar Salad,...More

I believe it is possible to make a reservation and my friends had reserved a table for us. However, when I was there the restaurants were uncrowded so I doubt it was really needed.

Description
Situated above the city overlooking Pokfulam Country Park and the South China Sea, The Peak Lookout is a Hong Kong landmark with unique character. The restaurant, having served generations of patrons including both locals and visitors, offers fine food within an elegant heritage house seeped in rich history. This Grade II historic building, typifying 'East meets West' architecture, first began offering light refreshments in 1947 and continues to serve a wide range of international dishes of exceptional quality. The Peak Lookout recently reopened its doors following a stylish redesign, which includes the introduction of a contemporary raised terrace, ensuring a relaxed ambience ideal for al fresco dining. The restaurant's stunning location and natural surroundings means it offers guests a different experience each visit, depending on the time of year.
