Not worth the Michelin 3 stars which have been lost and re-gained several times over the last 5-6 years. The ratings of Michelin inspectors in HK are bizarre to say the least. If this restaurant had one star with prices to match it would be...More

It's always difficult to evaluate Hong Kong's food scene. Like the rent, it is off-kilter with the rest of the world. However, in Hong Kong you can definitely find both local and foreign cooking which make you happy. Bo Innovation is definitely not one of...More

It's been said before. Do yourself a favour and visit these flavours. Yout HK$ couldn't be spent any better in this city that sells rubbish by the tonne. (Chanel etc) for a moment of joy from the purchaser. So have a culinary moment.

It is not hyperbole for chef Alvin Leung to aptly named this place Bo Innovation Extreme Chinese Cuisine. It is molecular noveau chinese cuisine at its best. It is certainly innovative and creative. And probably extreme by chinese cuisine standards where cuisines are still predominately...More

If you love food, theatre and drama this is the place. I remember my visit to Fat Duck at Bray, UK where I was simply amazed by the quirkiness of the food and the associated theatre. It was of a similar experience. Across my friend...More
