The physical aspects of the restaurant are amazing. Unique declining design. For a upscale place the food was not that good.

The location, decor and set up speaks for themselves and adds significantly to the attraction of Zuma. The menu is creative and most can find a number of dishes to try. We ordered a bunch and then shared with each item cooked to order and well presented. Deserts are required and a good change to the norm. Waiters are attentive... More

Hey all, Went to the Zuma in HK last Saturday and really liked the very good vides, music and atmosphere. The night brunch was great with an amazing quality of food and a very good service. I highly recommend if you want to have a nice dinner different from usual restaurant and in a very classy location. Enjoy guys! Guillaume

Having enjoyed the amazing brunch at Zuma in Miami, I was very excited for this one. Regrettably, the buffet keeps constantly running out of the more expensive options and I was put off by being told on 3 occasions that I only have the table for two hours. Last but not the least, 40 minutes after arrival and completely out... More

Considering the hype about Zuma, I was expecting the food to be through the roof. Alas, the brunch is just passable. Sushi is decent, but nothing amazing. Maybe I just can't tell the difference between average and good sushi? Mains were a little heavy on the oyster/teriyaki sauce. The atmosphere and lighting could be far better. Overall, left hugely wanting,... More

Interesting concept where the dining room is entered by descending steps. The sushi is innovative and nicely prepared. The service is attentive. A positive dining experience.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
