Amber never disappoints. It is one of the few fine dinning establishments in Hong Kong which is able to maintain its high standard throughout the years, thanks to Chef Richard and Head Sommelier John and the team.

We went there for lunch set. The lunch set was nice with reasonable price. It is a classic French restaurant. The food was tasty and very dedicated but not much surprise.
