With its old indonesian home ambience, first impression is homey and soothing. The menu offer a wide selection of Indonesian food from different region. You can choose vegetable, fish, chicken, duck in different menu. The rice also serve in different kind of cook : original or liwet : traditional cook with anchovy and herbs. Vegetable is fresh, the meat and... More

Bring your Indonesian or expat friends here. They will love the foods and drinks and the ambiance of the restaurant they offer. It is rather expensive but it is worth the money spent. Sate lilit (and its fresh sambal), udang pancet tumis cabe, tumis pucuk labu teri medan and es ronggeng indramayu are totally recommended dishes. Don't forget to try... More

I was invited to this restaurant for lunch. It is located near the famous Taman Ismail Marzuki. The ambience and decoration so nice. It serve Indonesian food of various regions. The taste was good and the service just a bit above average.

Across Taman Ismali Marzuki. An old dutch era house turned into a restaurant. Fine batik textiles are hanging on the ceiling and wall as décor. Organic produce from Indonesia are available for sale, from rice, honey, spices and salt. On the side of the house is a veranda for semi outdoor seats. Food is a bit expensive, and menu is... More

Organic, no MSG and very tasty Indonesian food - what's not to like? My local friends described the décor as "homey", which fits. The venue also works reasonably well for large groups. We had tables full of food from various fresh-water fish dishes, to fried tofu, to various greens which were phenomenal. The fish on lemon grass was exceptionally good,... More

I visit this place just 3 days ago and perfect for business meeting also. We ordered regular food like Nasi liwet Teri, Tahu isi, bakwan jagung, ikan bakar, sate marenggi. The taste is alright, sufficient for a simple dinner.

The restaurant is located near Cikini train station and Taman Ismail Marzuki, so it's easy to find. I used to frequent their branch near Santa area, but it was closed. This was my first visit to this branch, the only one in the city. We ordered otak-otak bandeng (milk fish cake, which was stuffed back into the fish), sate maranggi... More

Things I really love in Warung Daun are the service and the atmosphere. all of them are greaaat! but the food is not really special. I found other restaurants that have better food in Jakarta. but, it's nice to have a family gathering here :)
