No words to describe how amazing is the view, We slept at the back in the traditional wooden house I would recommend you to choose this room if you are going there. I hope to be back soon.

Very Nice Staffs, Friendly Owner and Great View of Batad Rice Terraces! The manager welcomed our group with their native local rice cake :-) They also offered our group native boiled huge size of "Kamote" Sweet potato and native coffee before leaving their pension house. If you want to order sea foods sorry to disappoint you that you are in... More

Spartan rooms, only bed and window. a brand new hot shower (a rarity in the region). Good food and warm staff. Worth to stay there. Tough for party people maybe not the best place - not too much happening in the nights - but then again, perfect for sleeping.

The menu had a variety of dishes, both Filipino and western. I had a fruit salad, a vegetable salad and some fries. The food was good. The salad was a welcome change from the vegetable void I was experiencing. It had thousand island dressing. The furniture is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. However, the best part of the... More

We got lead here by the guy who was nice enough to guide us down the hill in the dark, but we were pretty happy with what we found. They have one native hut in the back you can stay in (@250 per person, it was the cheapest in the village, and also nicer than the rest). It's super cute... More

The wood decorations and stunning view make for an excellent setting. The menu offered a decent range of options, especially for such a remote setting. The adobo was too salty - all soy sauce and no vinegar. The garlic fried rice was excellent. Avoid the Western options which have no business being on a menu in a setting like this;... More

Best place in Batad, with the most perfect terrace overlooking the natural amphitheatre. Rooms are very simple and basic bit cost accordingly (p250 per person). Menu is comprehensive and service friendly and helpful. Try the native coffee!

Went for a solo trip in Batad Rice Terraces and staying in Batad Pension made it the most local way and the warmest one! The food, firstly, is very good! Batad is soo remote yet they have good choices of food in their menu! The enduring tales how hard life is in providing needs for locals and travellers alike, on... More
