We had to find a hotel to stay at that could get us a pass for the underground river. Poor planning on our part - we did not realize how far in advance you need to get the permit. Well it turns out my girlfriends cousin/aunt/somebody runs the Taraw hotel. When we arrived I was hoping for a shower to... More

As part of a Palawan tour we had lunch at this restaurant. We had a great view over the water and the seafood lunch was very good. Service was acceptable.

I dont know how to have a review at this restaurant. . After our tour at the underground river, we headed to taraw restaurant to have some lunch. Buffet was set with variety of filipino food. The food tasted good like the adobo and the pork chop. The soup was tasteless. Free softdrinks. Vendors were allowed to sell their products... More

The buffet lunch was included in the price of Underground river trip from Puerto Princesa Food was ok if basic (cheaper fatty meats used) But by the time we arrived everyone was hungry so would eat almost anything. Food was plentiful and replenished regularly.

I super enjoyed the buffet lunch here though it's simple but the taste is heaven. I really don't know the price of it since it is included in our package but you will know that they put their hearts on their foods. I super like the chicken adobo and the soup (it was tinola but they used buko juice instead... More

Food was utterly divine! And the price was so cheap that it seemed impossible. 200php for buffett of around 5-6 dishes with drinks.

We had our lunch here (Sabang Wharf area) after our visit at the Puerto Princesa Underground River Tour. Our boatman brought us right in front of the resort so we didn't have to walk back from the wharf. The buffet lunch was good. We got to eat "tamilok" which is their local wood oyster.

I got a package tour and one of the itineraries was the buffet lunch at Taraw Vista Lodge & Resto. It was an eat-all-you-can and the foods wre just so so delicious, especially the barbeque. I was so full. The staffs were so accommodating and the place is clean and refreshing beside the beach.

After our Underground river tour, we proceed to Taraw Restaurant for our pre-arranged buffet lunch. Prior to this day, we were advised that children above 5yrs.old will have to pay for the full board meal while children aging 5yrs. old and below are free of charge. So when we arrived at the place, payment was handed to them including headcount... More

We arrived at Taraw late in the afternoon after we went on the Underground River Tour and took the Jungle Trail back. As we were thirsty and famished (from not having had lunch) we tried to order food the moment we arrived but they said they didn't have any. Huh? A restaurant with no food? Then we tried to order...
