Food is ok. Ambience is nice. Service is good. I was expecting a little more in the quality of the food for the price they are charging...

Quiet and cozy ambiance. The restaurant served only a few tables of guests for that night, probably it was a weekday night and also the bistro is located within a hotel and not at the convenience of a crowded shopping mall. Food presentation was well done and signature dish was really exquisite! The price was of course rather pricey but... More

Fabulous place for a private event .. We had lots of fun there.. Great yummy food especially the grilled papaya filled with lots of yummy fillings.. The sauce on the top is so yummy .. Even another dish the grilled crabmeat top w the same sauce is fabulous.. Would recommend anyone to try the food there ... Good service too..

The service is good and the food delicious - I would definitely recommend and eat here again. You can look out over the harbour to the financial district / marina Bay Area and watch the light show.

Just as the rating option I'd say it's very good but not excellent. I'd go back in a heart beat though.

Visited with business associates, had the Australian tenderloin set meal with a starter of tempura vegetables. It was really delicious and the service was very a tentative. I liked that the menu was not to big and easy to find around with. I recommend it for anything that's not super romantic. And the view is really good.

From having read different reviews of this place, we really wanted to eat here during our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Don’t know if expectations were too high, but dinner here was a little bit disappointing, it was standard level of Japanese food, nothing special. The other restaurants on the Hotel were better. Not bad, but far from great

Booked a table here for business lunch in April 2013 and it was a very nice experience. Great sushi, seafood and chicken in a bento box selection and pricing was somewhat reasonable for a Mandarin Oriental restaurant with a great view. Service was just perfect!

Wanted a nice meal on our last night in Singapore. Wasabi Bistro was empty upon arrival and didn't get much busier as our dinner went on. As is all restaurant food in Singapore... the prices were almost shocking. Our bill was $191 US for an O.K. dinner that would have been around $60 in the US. Food was good, but... More

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
